Have Some Fun This Summer
Welcome to the 2006 season for the Red Bank Gators swim team. Our team has a long history of being a big family. We all work together to support our swimmers as they learn, grow, and GO! We have the best parent support, the best coaches, and the best kids in the league.
Just as being part of a family takes work, so does being part of a swim team. For us to remain the best, each person must do their job to keep things running smoothly. Kids, your job is to come to practice everyday with a good attitude and ready to work just a little harder than yesterday. Parents, your job is to encourage your child by noticing things they improve on and complimenting them on their success. We also expect parents to become involved and volunteer so that every job gets done well. Coaches, your job is to evaluate, teach, and encourage our swimmers to swim their best, and praise them for a job well done.
If you are new to the swim team, you may feel overwhelmed and have many questions. All of the board members and veteran parents are more than willing to answer questions or point you to someone who can. We were all new once and remember how it feels. Hang in there with us and you will be amazed at the progress your swimmer will make in such a short time.
